THE PROFESSIONAL CEO'S TOOLKIT

Many CEOs have a “toolkit" of knowledge and experience, gleaned over time with some pain...and hopefully more than equal amounts of gain. Truly successful CEO’s continually look for new and better tools to drive their business forward and give them an edge over their competition. Moreover, the most successful CEO’s look for tools to improve their personal abilities as well.

CEO Tools are for all managers and CEOs and are based on the author’s own experiences as CEO of eight companies and manager in 16 others, ranging in size from just $1 million in sales annually to $250 million per year. Kraig used the tools to turn around Snapper, the number one brand of lawnmowers sold through servicing dealers in America, from a loss of $54 million to a profit of $13 million in one year. And just to show broad applicability, the same tools worked to grow Graphic Arts Center, a major printer from $60 million to $120 million in sales in four years. And a small company from $1.1 million to $2.4 million in a single year. Most of the CEO/manager tools were actually used in every one of the author’s companies and have been tested and shown to be successful in hundreds of other companies

Learn how to turn these tools into action and profit as well as  ways of improving your own abilities using these tools.

Discussion includes:

  • The CEO: Success traits
  • Which CEO traits are critical?
  • How do you stack up and what can you do about it?
  • The CEO as professional manager: Seven critical factors
  • How CEOs spend their time
  • The CEO's toolbox
  • Learn how peer group advisory meetings can transform your business
